Joining Our Association

Membership in the Highland Terrace Neighborhood Association is on a calendar year basis, from January 1st through December 31st. Annual dues received from January 1st through September 30th will be credited to the current year. Dues received October 1st through December 31st will cover membership for the following year.

Ready to join? The membership fee is $15.00 per year per household. Print a membership form. Fill it out, write a check to HTNA for $15, and mail it in.
